Summary: Notice of withdrawal of proposed rule from July 24, 2024 and instead proposing a new rule for emission limits and work practice standards for hydrogen fluoride and hydrogen cyanide emissions from Hazardous Waste Combustors (HWC) and increase practice standards for periods of startup, shutdown, and malfunction (SSM). This is all issued by the EPA in accordance with the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP).;
