Summary: Notice that the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is working with the Department of Labor (DOL) to reduce paperwork with their preclearance consultation program, by seeking out comments on information collection titled “Gamma Radiation Surveys.” This information will consist of records of employee exposures to potentially toxic materials to monitor safety and health standards.;
