OSHA COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing: Emergency Temporary Standard (2021-23643: 86 FR 61402) https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2021/11/05/2021-23643/covid-19-vaccination-and-testing-emergency-temporary-standard ;

Summary: Large employers (100 employees or more) are to follow these new procedures to ensure the safety of their employees for COVID-19. In general the standard is to develop a COVID-19 policy that either requires vaccination of employees or undergo regular COVID-19 testing and wearing a face covering at work in lieu of a vaccination.;

Effective November 5, 2021, comments shall be provided by December 6, 2021

Summary: Due to the large amount of interest in the roundtable discussions; EPA has decided to extend the nomination process for the round table discussion to December 1, 2021
