Federal Register :: Hypochlorous Acid; Exemption From the Requirement of a Tolerance;
EPA is exempting the antimicrobial pesticide ingredient hypochlorous acid from the requirements of tolerance if utilized or applied to food contact surfaces in public eating places.;

Federal Register :: Eugenol; Exemption From the Requirement of a Tolerance
EPA has established an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of eugenol (2-methoxy-4-(-2-propenyl)phenol) in or on all food commodities when used in accordance with good agricultural practices.;
Effective September 16, 2022
EPA has established an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of oxirane, 2-methyl-, polymer with oxirane, mono-C9-11-isoalkyl ethers, C10-rich, phosphates, potassium salts (CAS Reg. No. 2275654-37-8), when used as an inert ingredient (surfactant, related adjuvants of surfactant) in pesticide formulations used pre- and post-harvest as well as in formulations applied to livestock and on food or feed commodities when applied to livestock.;
