 Federal Register :: New Source Performance Standards Review for Industrial Surface Coating of Plastic Parts for Business Machines 

Effective: March 27, 2023

Summary: Finalizing the amendments for NSPS standards for plastic parts for business machines for facilities that commence construction, modification or reconstruction. The new subpart finalizes the VOC emission limitations for prime, color texture and touch up operations. This is ruling also finalizes the requirement for electronic compliance reporting.

Summary:  Establishes an exemption level for diglycerol for crops post and pre harvest.
