Summary: This ruling allows the removal of a maximum permissible level for residues of ;1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, 5-sulfo-, sodium salt (1:1), polymer with 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol and 2,2′-oxybis[ethanol] ;benzendiacarboxylic acid, on food or feed commodities.;
Effective: November 4, 2022 – objections and requests hearing on January 3 ,2023
Summary: Poly-D-glucosamine (chitosan) is being added to the list of active or inert ingredients for use in minimum risk pesticide products.
Effective: January 9, 2023

Summary: When acetic acid, 2- ethylhexyl ester is utilized in a concentration not greater than 50% and meets the terms set forth in this rule, this rule eliminates the maximum permissible limit.;
Effective Date: November 8, 2022; comments and objections to be received by January 9, 2023
;Federal Register :: Nitric Acid; Exemption From the Requirement of a Tolerance;
Summary: When nitric acid is utilized as an inert ingredient such as pH adjuster on crops and raw agricultural commodities pre and post harvest and limited to no more than 10% concentration by weight; then this rule eliminates the need for a maximum permissible level for the residues.
Effective Date: November 8, 2022; comments and objections to be received by January 9, 2023
