National Primary Drinking Water Regulations for Lead and Copper Improvements
Summary: The final ruling will remove the lead trigger level and reduce the action level to 0.010 mg/L and requires stricter tap sampling procedures. The ruling also discusses more strigent corrosion control treatment, public education and consumer awareness requiremetns.

Arizona Yuma Attainment Ozone Standard Request
Summary: State of Arizona is requesting Yuma to be considered in attainment for ozone NAAQS. This would include approving Yuma’s Maintenance plan for the improvements from non attainment to attainment of this standard

Reconsideration of the Dust Lead Hazard Standard and Dust Lead Post Abatement Clearance Level
Summary: EPA is finalizing the ruling in lower the post abatement dust lead clearance levels to 5 µg/ft2 (floors) 40 µg/ft2 (window sills), 100 µg/ft2 (trough). EPA is redefining the defintion of abatement sot hat action based dust lead applies when dust lead loadings are or above action levels. This ruling is also amending some of the standard on housing.

Other Solid Waste Incinerators
Summary: This ruling is to provide a technical correction within the Finalized Other Solid Waste Incincerationrs Title V Permitting Provisions whith removed Title V permitting requirement for air curtain in centoars that burn on ly wood waste, clean lumber, yard waste or mixture of the waste. There was an error on print page 89929 of the regualtory test this action is correcting those errors.

Summary: This ruling establishes tolerances for residues of fluindapyr in or on soybean, and soybean products.
Effective Date: November 8, 2024; comments and requests be received January 7, 2025
