Addition of Natural Gas Processing Facilities to the Toxic Release Inventory (2021-25646; 86 FR 66953) Federal Register :: Addition of Natural Gas Processing Facilities to the Toxics Release Inventory;

Summary: The EPA will be adding antural gas liquid extraction facilities to the list of applicable Toxic Release Inventory Report facilities. Facilities with a SIC Code 1321 and NAICS code 2211130 will now be required to review their inventories and potential submit for reporting year 2022.;

Effective Date: December 27, 2021


Renewable Fuel Standard Program: Extension of Compliance and Attest Engagement Reporting Deadline (2021-25444; 86 FR 67419)

Summary EPA is extending the reporting deadlines and revisiting how RFS compliance deadlines are determined.
