Summary: This final rule restricts the use of hydrofluorocarbons in specific sector or subsectors within the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act. These restrictions are based on petitions provided in October 7, 2021 and September 19, 2022.;
Effective Date: December 26, 2023
Changes in Reporting Requirements for Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances;
Summary: The EPA is adding more chemicals under the Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl to the be subjected to EPCRA, and PPA, with thresholds held at 100 pounds as a special concern chemical.;
Effective Date: November 30, 2023; implementation date as of January 1, 2024
Locomotives and Locomotives Engines
Summary: EPA is finalizing revisions to address the preemption of state and local regulation of locomotives and engines utilized in locomotives to better align with the Clean Air Act.;

New Source Performance Standards Review for Secondary Lead Smelter
Summary: The EPA is finalizing the rule that has been under review, and finalizing the EPA Method 22 in regards to Secondary Lead Smelters

National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants Rubber Tire Manufacturing Amendments
