Effective Date: August 17, 2022

;Federal Register :: Streptomyces sp. Strain K61; Exemption From the Requirement of a Tolerance;

Summary: EPA has removed the stipulation of “fungicidal” , to the use in or on all food commodities.;

Effective August 24, 2022; comments / objections to be received no later than October 24, 2022

Federal Register :: Pesticide Registration Review; Revised Proposed Interim Decision for 1,3-Dichloropropene; Notice of Availability;

Summary: EPA extended comment period for the review of 1,3 dichloroproprene pesticide usage. Comments to be received by October 17, 2022

;Federal Register :: Pesticides; Certification of Pesticide Applicators; Further Extension to Expiration Date of Certification Plans;

Summary: EPA is extending the review period of restricted use pesticide certification plans to allow further review without local authority conflicts until November 4, 2023.;
