Effective Date: May 21, 2021; promulgated on April 5, 2021

Summary: The Significant New Use Rule will require under Toxic Control Substance Act for persons to notify EPA 90 days before commencing manufacturing or processing of any of chemical substances in accordance with the Significant New Use Rule. This also includes written submission and complete EPA review prior to commencing manufacturing or processing.;
