Summary: The EPA has reviewed the Particle Matter National Air Quality Standards and have decided no revisions shall be made at this time.;

2,4-D, Pesticide Tolerances (2020-28128; 85 FR 82939) ( Federal Register :: 2,4-D; Pesticide Tolerances ) Effective Date: December 21, 2020. Objections and comments must be received before February 19, 2021.

Summary: Final rule sets tolerances for residues of the pesticide 2, 4-D in or one the following commodities; wheatgrass bran, forage, grain, straw and sesame seed.

Summary: ” The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is providing notice of the availability of preliminary lists of units eligible for second-round allocations of emission allowances for the 2020 control periods from the new unit set-asides (NUSAs) established under the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) trading programs. EPA has posted spreadsheets containing the lists on EPA’s website.
