Summary: Due to the failure to submit SIP revisions (California, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas) this rule triggers certain deadlines and impose sanctions if state does not complete the outstanding requirements by the state dates within this rule.

Summary: This action is accepting the negative declarations and amending CFR in accordance for the incinerators subject to Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incinerations units (CISWI) emissions guideline.
Pesticide Tolerance: Indoxacarb (2020-23420; 85 FR 72968)
Effective Date: November 16 2020. Objections must be received on or before January 15, 2021.
Summary: This rule established tolerances for residues of the insecticide indoxacarb in or on Almond, hulls at 8.0 ppm and nut tree group 14-12 at 0.08ppm.
Significant New Use Rules on Certain Chemical Substances (2020-25049; 85 FR 73007)
