Summary: The proposed action will update the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality’s New Source Review rule and correct deficiencies within the program from 2015/2016. Seeking comments on proposing to remove Federal Implementation Plans requirements and review of the requirements for visibility protection for major NSR sources.;
