Summary: A notice from the EPA for the access to the final risk evaluations for Butyl Benzyl Phthalate (BBP) (CARSN 85-68-7), Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) (CASRN 84-74-2), Dicyclohexyl Phthalate (DCHP) (CASRN 84-61-7), Diethylhexyl Phthalate (DEHP) (CASRN 117-81-7), and Disobutyl Phthalate (DIBP) (CASRN 84-69-5). These evaluations are done under the Toxic Substance Control Act.;

Summary: A rule from the EPA to withdraw the direct final rule for Technical Amendments to the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) Hazardous Chemical Inventory Reporting Requirements. This is in regards to the 2024 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard that was published on November 17, 2025.;

Summary: A final rule from the EPA to establish a tolerance for permethrin residues in or on food and feed commodities of dragon fruit (pitaya), field corn subgroup 15-22C, sweet corn subgroup 15-22D, and crop group conversions to leafy greens subgroup 4-16A (arugula, garden cress, and upland cress). These tolerances are required under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).;

Summary: A final rule from the EPA to establish tolerances for pyriofenone residues found in or on apple, wet pomace, berry, subgroup 13-07G (except cranberry), and cherry subgroup 122-12A. These tolerances are set under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).;

Summary: A final rule from the EPA about finalizing new source performance standards (NSPS) for stationary combustion turbines and stationary gas turbines based on size, rates of utilization, design efficiency, and fuel type. There will also be the addition of a subcategory for stationary combustion turbines that are used in temporary applications.;

Summary: A proposed rule from the EPA to update and clarify several substantive and procedural requirements for water quality certification of section 401 of the Clean Water Act (CWA). This section of CWA focuses on Tribal water quality requirements and monitoring the regulations for discharging into waters that require a Federal license or permit.;

Summary: A final rule from the EPA about excluding a maximum permissible level for residues of chlorate (CAS Reg. No. 7775-09-9) that is found in or on various food commodities. This was submitted by TriNova LLC and the tolerance was evaluated under the Federal Food. Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).;


Effective Date: A final rule from the EPA about excluding a maximum permissible level for residues of PDHP 68949 that is found in or on food commodities. PDHP 68949 is an altered peptide from a bacterial harpin protein that helps with plant growth and enforces resistance to nematodes. This was submitted by Plant Health Care Inc, and the tolerance was evaluated under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).;


Effective date: March 2, 2026;

Summary: A proposed rule from the EPA to approve State Implementation Plan (SIP) submissions for interstate transport in regards to the 2015 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). The states included in this are Alabama, Arizona, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, and Tennessee. This would help eliminate the state obligations to contribute to nonattainment or interference with maintenance.;
