Waste Emissions Charge for Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems, Procedures for Facilitating Compliance Including Netting and Exemption

Summary: This final ruling is manadating that EPA collects charges from owners/operators that report more than 25,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide ;per year and exceed methane emissions thresholds referenced in the CAA section 136 for different applicable facilities.;

Guideline on Air Quality Models; Enhancements to the AERMOD Dispersion Modeling System

Summary: ;EPA is revising this guideline that is connected to Clean AIr Act for Significant Deterioration program air modeling. The revisiions include enhancements ot the formulation and the application of near field dispersion modeling, AERMOD and updates to the recommendations for appropriate backgroudn concentrations for cumulative impact analysis.;

National Emission Stanards for Hazardous Air Polluntants Rubber Tire Manufacturing;

Summary: EPA is revising source category to include emission stadnards for the rubber processing subcatergory of the rubber tire manufacutring industry.;

Excess Emissions During Periods of Startup, Shutdown, Malfunction Withdrawals of Findings of Failure to Submit State Implementation Plan (SIP)

Summary: Due to the results of Environ.Comm Fl Electric Power Versus EPA, EPA 2015’s findings of substantial inadequacy and SIP Calls for provisions applying to excess emissions during periods of shutdown, startup and manintenance. Parts of the regulation will be withdeaw and removed as the EPA find they are no longer valid.;

National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutats; Lime Manufacuturing Plants Technology Review; Correction

Summary: EPA is revising errors in the regulatory test and is taking action to correct them.;

Summary: This final ruling exempts fragrance components from tolerance residue limits for inert ingredients at specific industries food-contact surfaces.;

Decabromodiphenyl Ehter and Phenol, Isopropylated Phosphate Revision to the Regulation of Persistent, Bioaccumulative, Chemical Under the Toxic Substance Control Act

Summary: EPA is amending the general provisions to exclude processing and distrubtuion in commerce that contain this chemical substance wher the chemical substance has not been newly added for the purpose of maintenance or repair. EPA is not revising the checmial specific provisions for (2,4,6 TTBP, HCBD and PCTP)

Fatty Acids, C16-18 and C-18 unsatd. Esters with polyethylene glycol mono-me ether in pesticide formulation; tolerance exemption

Summary: This ruling establishes exemption from the requirment of tolerance for residues of fatty acids C16-18 and C18 – unsatd esters with polyehtylene glycol mono me ehter when used as ingredient on growing crops and raw agricultural commodities with 25% weight in pesticide formulations
