Summary: The EPA is finalizing this rule to ensure to correct typographical errors, align with the TSCA polychlorinated biphenyls manifest requirements, finalizing the amendments for the Discrepancy, Exception and Unmanifested Waste Reports. In addition this ruling finalizes the changes in regards to exporting to final treatment, storage and disposal facilities. National Primary Drinking Water Regulations

Summary: EPA has determined that the are no changes for regulatory revisions to the Safe Drinking Water Act that is required to be review the national primary drinking water regulation every six years. This ruling is not open for public comments.

National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Coke Ovens; Pushing, Quenching and Battery Stacks and Coke Oven Batteries

Summary: ” The EPA is finalizing a determination that risks due to emissions of hazardous air pollutants (HAP) from the PQBS source category are acceptable and that the current NESHAP provides an ample margin of safety to protect public health. “

National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Technology Review

Summary: “This action finalizes our amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Lime Manufacturing Plants (Lime Manufacturing NESHAP). Specifically, we are finalizing maximum achievable control technology (MACT) standards for hydrogen chloride (HCl), mercury, organic HAP, and dioxin/furans”
