Federal Register :: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Miscellaneous Coating Manufacturing Technology Review;

Summary: The final rule includes the provisions required for hazardous air pollutants for process vessels; including adding the 1-Bromopropane to the HAP list.;

Summary: Due to negative comments the EPA is withdrawing the direct final rule of “NPDES Small MS4 Urbanized Area Clarification”;

Federal Register :: New Source Performance Standards Review for Lead Acid Battery Manufacturing Plants and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Lead Acid Battery Manufacturing Area Sources Technology Review;

Summary: EPA is finalizing the revised lead emission standards for grid casting, past mixing and lead reclamation operations for both are source and new NSPS subpart (for lead acid battery manufacturing facilities and construction (NAICS 335911) The rule states the emission limit of 0.08mg/dscm as an achievable BSER limit.;

Federal Register :: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Coal- and Oil-Fired Electric Utility Steam Generating Units-Revocation of the 2020 Reconsideration and Affirmation of the Appropriate and Necessary Supplemental Finding;

Summary: After a cost review from public comments the EPA is revoking May 22 finding stating it is not appropriate and necessary to regulate coal and oil electric utility stream generating units, and it concluding that is still necessary to regulate HAPs from EGUs.;

Federal Register :: Pydiflumetofen; Pesticide Tolerances;

Summary: The tolerance of residues in or on caneberry subgroups for pydiflumetofen. ;

Summary: When utilized as an inert ingredient or stabilizing agent in pesticide formulation applied to animals there is an exemption from tolerance levels of zein.;

Summary: The chemicals are exempted from tolerance levels when used as inert ingredient in a pesticide chemical formulation. May be utilized on food or feed when used in accordance with exemptions.;
