OSHA – MSHA Updates
On April 21, 2022, OSHA published a Notice of Proposed Reconsideration and Revocation of Final Approval of the Arizona State Plan for Occupational Safety and Health (Notice) (87 FR 23783). Comments were initially due on May 26, 2022. In response to comments OSHA has reopened public comment period for additional sixty days. Comments must be received by October 14, 2022 to Docket ;OSHA-2021-0012. Please see link for more specific instructions on how to comment.;
