Summary: Revision to the Significant New Alternative Policy to align the safety standards for the refrigerant and non road vehicle provisions. EPA is also requiring unique servicing fittings for use with small refrigerant cans and adding reference of the listing to TSCA.;

Summary: Mercury Cell Chlor-Alkali plants have three years to remove all mercury emission from source category.;

Summary: All manufacturer/ importers of asbestos containing articles will be required to report exposure related data for the past four years prior to the publication of the final rule. The information required would be quantities of asbestos, asbestos -containing articles that are manufactured or processed, types of use, and employee dad.;

Summary: EPA proposes to add the above constituent as an exempted volatile compound as it contributes insignificant amounts to tropospheric ozone and was designed specifically to help with global warming as an alternative chemistry.
