Effective Date: Ruling November 4, 2021 except for instructions 3 which is effective October 5, 2021

Summary: The EPA has issued the final ruling in regards to the reduction of HFCs requirement. The rule details the timeframe and percentages. The importance is to note the timeframes and expectations of ;allottments for the HFC manufacturers by October 1, of each year.;
